I'm looking for a roommate to split a two-bedroom apartment (you pay $1300/mo. all utilities included [deposit is close to $750]) on the top floor of a three-story building. The building is a 5-minute walk from campus, right next to the bus stop and a Lyft bike station, and close to shops and restaurants. You have to pay for off-street parking unfortunately, but there are plenty of parking lots around where you can pay by the month. If you'd like to find out more, shoot me an email and we can go from there.

Me: I'm a graduate student in her 30s and I have a small dog (he's old but friendly). I play guitar semi-obsessively, but have no problem adjusting if that's a problem for you.
