We’re a local construction company hiring reliable people with trade experience for a mix of remodels, general construction, and landscaping work.
Starting you will:
Take agency over backyard remodels (demo, site prep, grading, and cleanup)
Trenching, shovel work, and installing plants, irrigation, and drainage
Assist with hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, concrete, etc.)
Framing, fencing, deck work, and other general construction tasks
Hauling materials, running tools, and supporting skilled trades as needed
What we’re looking for:
Show up on time, have good communication, and most importantly have merit. Have prior experience on jobs end-to-end, especially in landscaping. We want somebody that's eager to learn about plants and has the appetite to take over jobs and be able to eventually run their own crew. We want you to have the space to grow with our company.
Hours are not fixed. Ideally you join us for some projects end to end, and then we negotiate hours.
