Windsor Art Products mirror with beveled edge and lacquered wood frame. Mirror/glas is in excellent condition, frame has some minor surface flaws. Decorative metal corners. Attached hardware for hanging, which can be moved to horizontal or vertical hanging.
The frame is a shiny gray - what looks like differences in color are just reflections.

Label says 41 x 29" (frame), 36 x 24" (mirror), but it's more like 40 3/4 x 28 3/4" (frame) and 35 1/4 x 23.5" (mirror)
