I love my Kona Dew and I loved it even more with its Swytch electric conversion, but I don't ride much any more. This Kona is a sweet lightweight bike, size M, and I've added a Swytch Bike (www.swytchbike.com) GO electric conversion. The conversion involves replacing the front wheel with a wheel with builtin motor, clamping the control unit and throttle on to the handlebar, and figuring out where to put the excess wiring. In the photo, the wiring is in the bag under the stem. The photo doesn't show the battery, which is normally attached to the crossbar under the seat. When I transport the bike I take the battery off to make it easier to lift onto my bike rack, then I put the battery back on after unloading. The conversion is completely reversible, which only involves switching in the original wheel, which is included and removing the appurtenances. This is a cadence-sensor bike with five power levels; the power assist kicks in very smoothly. I replaced the Kona seat with a wider and softer one, but the original will go with the bike.
