The lamp swivels on one axis (up/down) where it connects to the wall plate and at the elbow. The lamp head can swivel up/down and right/left. Each "arm" segment is ~12.5" from pivot to pivot, and the center of the shade extends ~28" from the wall surface when mounted. The shade itself is ~6 3/4" in diameter at the opening.

It was originally sold to be used with a wall outlet but I cut the cord and used it in a hardwired installation for a couple of years. I can give you a couple of Wago wire connectors if you'd like to use the original cord with wall outlet.

This lamp seems to no longer be in production, but I can send a link to the installation manual I found online.
