I bought this shortly before I ended up setting up a Home Assistant server with a Zigbee coordinator, which this hub redundant. It should be compatible with IKEA's Matter-over-Thread devices too. It can also integrate devices with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Home/HomeKit.
