Garmin inReach Mini – 1st generation - $125 (berkeley)
QR Code Link to This Post
The device is fully functional and in good condition. I used it in Yosemite last week. The battery lasts for 2 days when the device is powered off. If you are planning a trip longer than 2 days, I recommend bringing a battery charger. The device has been removed from my Garmin account and is ready for the new owner to activate with their own Garmin inReach subscription.
The inReach uses the Iridium satellite network to provide two-way text messaging, location sharing, weather information, and SOS emergency communication when you're off the grid.
Includes:
Garmin inReach Mini
Charging cable
Carabiner
Features:
Two-way satellite messaging
Interactive SOS with 24/7 emergency response
GPS/location tracking
Works virtually anywhere with satellite coverage
Bluetooth connection to your phone
Compact and lightweight
Rugged and water-resistant
Excellent backup for remote backpacking and wilderness trips
Located in south Berkeley. Local pickup. Happy to turn it on and demonstrate that it works before you purchase.
Great choice for someone who wants reliable satellite communication and SOS capability without spending $250+ on a newer model.
Please message through Craigslist if interested.
