Gather is looking for a passionate Garde Manger to join our dynamic kitchen team. We pride ourselves on crafting exceptional dishes with fresh, local ingredients in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen stations, and food safety
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Strong Pizza, prep, and sauté experience is a plus, as we cross-train all of our team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
