You will need a truck or a large-ish car to get it home without disassembly. It took a while to put it together so I suggest you try to find a way to move it intact. But it can be disassembled if necessary.
It takes some diligence to teach a cat to run on the wheel for fun. Initially our cats were pretty indifferent to the wheel, but I got one of the cats to chase a feather on the wheel and after several sessions the cat was starting to get the idea that she could use the wheel on her own. But admittedly the wheel did take up a lot of space in the living room and eventually my wife and I agreed it wasn't worth the space. If our cats had no other way to get exercise we would have kept it.
