I am subletting my sweet, peaceful 1 bedroom apartment in central Berkeley for the month of December (December 1-January 6; dates flexible).
My apartment is the second floor of a well-maintained duplex in Berkeley.

Amenities include:
private outdoor walk-up and deck - fully equipped, bright kitchen - full bathroom with shower - queen size bed - large book collection - flat screen tv in living room with Netflix, Prime, etc - free laundry on site - backyard access - peaceful, safe and quiet location close to all Berkeley transit & with groceries, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance

Note that the rent per month is $2000 all inclusive (utilities etc). This is my home, and I’m hoping to sublet it to a responsible, tidy person for the holidays. Get in touch ASAP to come see :)
