This bright, 300-square-foot above-ground studio suite has its own private entrance, giving you the privacy of your own apartment while being part of a well-maintained Berkeley Hills home. The suite has just been freshly painted and thoroughly cleaned and is move-in ready.
Large windows bring in plenty of natural light. The open layout is efficient, with wood-style flooring, recessed lighting, and a small private patio.
The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, generous counter space, and plenty of cabinet storage. The bathroom has a full bathtub and shower.
The suite comes furnished with a bed (very comfortable), dresser, shelving, microwave, dining table, and chair. Use the furnishings or bring your own; the rent is the same either way.
Power, water, and trash are included in the rent. Internet isn't, but the suite is wired for Sonic.
The home sits next to the AC Transit 67 bus stop, with the 65 close by, giving you a direct line to UC Berkeley, downtown Berkeley, and Downtown Berkeley BART. Street parking is plentiful and rarely an issue, since this isn't a residential permit parking neighborhood.
