The house has a large floor plan. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and two on the top floor. Each room receives plenty of natural light, especially the living room, which features large windows on two walls. The house has two full bathrooms, one on each floor, shared by all housemates. Additionally, there is a spacious and bright kitchen, dining room, in-unit washer/dryer, a outdoor nook, dishwasher, and two fridges.
The available room is on the top floor and will be unfurnished (the photos show it furnished). It is a large (21ft x 18ft) and sunny room with windows on three sides. With a nook area for a desk or library space. You can even see the Golden Gate Bridge from your bedroom window on a clear day! The current housemate has been here for 9 years and is moving out to move in with her partner.
We maintain a clean and organized household, sharing weekly chores. We are pretty independent people and keep a busy schedule, but also enjoy time together when our schedules allow. The kitchen is well-equipped with two fridges, an electric oven with a gas range, a dishwasher, and ample storage space.
Rent is $928 per month, with additional bills averaging around $50/pp per month. Move-in data Nov 15th, but can be flexible. 1-year lease. The first round of meet&greet will be over Zoom.
