One large open room with separate bath (shower/no tub) and kitchen (plenty of storage, full size fridge, updated cabinets and countertop, filtered drinking water at the sink, gas cooktop, combination convection/microwave oven overhead). Furnishings include queen bed, all linens and towels, small sofa (added after photos were taken), desk and chair, dining table and seating, dressers, and ample storage/shelving throughout.
Water, sewer, and trash services, high-speed internet, gas, and electricity are included. Laundry onsite in the main house. Street parking is easy with a City of Berkeley permit.
Perfect as a cozy pied-à-terre in town, a temporary perch during renovation or travel stopover, accommodation for out of town guests, professional on assignment, grad student, or visiting professor.
