Up one level, the Studio has a private entrance, no common walls, an east facing balcony and big picture window to the west with garden and filtered bay view (sunsets!). One large open room with separate bath (shower/no tub) and kitchen (plenty of storage, full size fridge, updated cabinets and countertop, filtered drinking water at the sink, gas cooktop, combination convection/microwave oven overhead). Furnishings include queen bed, all linens and towels, small sofa, desk and chair, dining table and seating, dressers and ample shelving throughout.
