This Intel chip Macbook Pro offers Boot Camp, allowing for simultaneous booting and running a parallel Windows environment, and it would also make a great Linux rig. The laptop will drive two 4k external monitors or one 5k monitor.
The Macbook will be delivered charged to 100% for your testing before completing purchase.
I have erased the drive and restored for new setup, with temporary logon and password for testing prior to purchase.
