Acupuncturist or Massage Therapist - rent a room (berkeley)

Our 3Waves Clinic in Berkeley is growing, and we now have an additional treatment room dedicated to acupuncture. I’m looking for a fellow acupuncturist or massage therapist who would like to build or expand their independent practice in a welcoming, professional space.
I’m looking for someone responsible, passionate about giving acupuncture or massage, provide good treatment, is respectful of the shared space and other practitioners, and is mindful of noise and the overall clinic environment.
This is a room rental, not an employment position. The treatment room is approximately 290 sq. ft., and it includes basic furniture, a red light, and TDP lamp. The clinic also has a shared waiting room, bathroom, kitchen, elevator, and disability accessible entrance. The elevator is accessible via key, so you will have to pick your client up.
The practitioner will operate independently as a sole proprietor and should have a valid business license and professional liability insurance, manage their own payments and scheduling, and bring/manage their own patients. I’m happy to include a booking button on my website, anittayappy.com, and we can also cross-promote each other through social media.
The rental schedule is still flexible. I’m especially looking for someone interested in weekends (or at least Saturday and Sunday mornings), with additional weekday half-days or full days potentially available, such as Wednesday afternoon. I am looking for 1 to a maximum of 2 colleagues up to 3,5 days.
Rent: $200/month for one recurring full day per week ( ex., all Saturdays at 1 month)
The room is not yet furnished. The building is dedicated to Health; there are Psychotherapists, Chiropractic, Acupuncturists, Massage Therapist- great and professional people.
