Parking: Can pay for a spot, $150 a month, and street parking with Berkeley city permit
Furnished: The room and house are fully furnished, including desks, (loftable) beds, mattresses, dresser, wardrobe, living/dining room furnishings, TV with cable
Two fridges, a large kitchen/dining room, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, microwave, shared backyard with grill and table, washer and dryer are in the unit and do not cost money.
Roommates (Female): The house is all sophomore girls, and game/movie nights are frequent. My roommate keeps to herself, and isn’t in the room frequently outside of sleeping. She’s really sweet and keeps her things neat.
The room has a large wardrobe with a dresser, space under the bed for storage, and a desk with a nice view of the garden area (photos below)
Roommates (Male): Shared room and three other housemates in singles. Two are seniors and two are international students (dm for photos)
Distance: The walk to the entrance of RSF is 30 seconds, and Sproul is about 3 minutes away. Located right between Berkeley downtown and Telegraph, but with none of the noise and bustle.
