Tow truck pick up Parts or project car no start issue Message no data to the high voltage charging system battery also Original key is not connecting.

2012 Chevy volt 156279 miles was running previously before the 12 volt battery went dead and I replaced and it would not start the car. I had a mobile mechanic come out and try to fix it, but he did more damage than good mess. My key up it needs to be reprogrammed.

Good for parts or project clean title
Body condition 7 out of 10 dose have a few Scratches
Interior 6 out of 10 condition
