About the Cal 2-27
The Cal 2-27, designed by Bill Lapworth, is a well-regarded 27-foot cruiser/racer from the mid-1970s to 1980. Known for solid fiberglass construction, good sailing performance in moderate conditions, and a surprisingly spacious interior with over 6 feet of headroom. These boats have proven themselves on San Francisco Bay for decades.
