EverCraft Remodeling Group is looking for an experienced, reliable sheet metal roofing and sheet metal siding subcontractor for an upcoming out-of-state project. We need someone who is highly skilled in metal installation, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is available to travel and get started ASAP.
Please note: This project is currently out of state, and travel is required. This is a subcontractor opportunity, not an employee position.
Scope of Work
Install sheet metal roofing systems.
Install sheet metal siding and exterior metal panels.
Measure, cut, bend, fit, and fasten sheet metal materials accurately.
Install metal flashing, trim, and related components.
Ensure proper alignment, weatherproofing, and professional finishes.
Follow project specifications, applicable building codes, and jobsite safety requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience installing sheet metal roofing and siding.
Willingness and ability to travel out of state for the project.
Own tools and appropriate equipment for the work.
Reliable transportation and ability to meet project schedules.
Ability to work independently and deliver quality workmanship.
Must operate as an independent subcontractor, not an employee.
General liability insurance documentation required.
Workers' compensation insurance documentation, if applicable, or appropriate independent contractor documentation.
W-9 and signed subcontractor agreement required before starting work.

Pay: Negotiable based on experience, scope of work, and project pricing.
