Schedule: Up to 24 hours per week—three flexible 8-hour shifts
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to assist with product packaging and warehouse cleaning. This is an independent position, and you will typically work alone. You may select the three days and shift times that best fit your schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Fill bags with matcha powder according to packaging requirements
* Properly seal completed bags
* Sort and place packaged products into designated bins
* Thoroughly clean the packaging room after production
* Vacuum, dust, and mop the room
* Wipe down all surfaces and equipment
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
Please note that matcha powder is very fine and dusty, and it can spread throughout the work area during packaging. Applicants must be comfortable working in this type of environment and completing detailed cleanup afterward.
Weekly Deep-Cleaning Responsibilities:
Once per week, you will be responsible for deep-cleaning and organizing the entire 3,000-square-foot warehouse. Duties include:
* Returning products, supplies, and equipment to their designated locations
* Dusting shelves, equipment, and other surfaces
* Wiping down all surfaces with cleaner
* Vacuuming and mopping the entire warehouse
* Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom
* Keeping the warehouse neat, clean, and organized
Ideal Candidate:
* Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean workspace
* Comfortable performing repetitive packaging tasks
* Comfortable working around fine matcha powder and dust
* Able to remain active throughout an 8-hour shift
* Capable of following instructions and staying productive without direct supervision
