condition: fair

Please see pictures. The seats need to be cleaned. The inside of the arms are damaged, but it is hard to see it from outside (doesn’t impact its functionality as a sofa).
I will remove the ad once it is gone.
I have it outside on the curb for bulk pickup in the early morning on Tuesday (10/20). So please come get it before it goes to the landfill.

It is on Villa Ave in Belmont (cross street is Belburn drive)
