$1,000 Room Available — Galbraith Pedal Access, Bellingham

Our place is about 3,000 sq. ft. on the north side of Galbraith, with great pedal access to the trails right from the house. We've got an awesome garage, kitchen, and patio that we make good use of. We're also only about 8 minutes from downtown Bellingham.
We're into skiing at baker/whistler/north van, mountain biking, country dancing, and trips up to Vancouver and BC. We have some out of state ski trips planned you could get in on too.
This is the cleanest group of housemates I've lived with. We clean up after ourselves and do our dishes right after cooking / eating, so the kitchen is always in good shape. We're looking for someone with similar habits.
We're social and like to host a party about once a month, but otherwise keep things pretty lowkey and don't have many guests over.
Cats are welcome, but no dogs.
