Why the price is low

This car runs and drives, but has a few known issues. I'd rather price it fairly for someone handy who wants to fix it up and get a great daily driver, than pretend everything's perfect. Everything below is exactly what you're getting — no surprises at pickup.

Known issues (priced to reflect these):

Cracked windshield — needs replacement

Rear driver's side door mechanism inoperable — door does not open/close properly from that side; needs the mechanism replaced (parts are common and inexpensive for this model)

Hatch release broken — hatch does not release from the usual latch; workaround available, but needs to be repaired

A/C not blowing cold — likely needs a Freon recharge, possibly something with the fan

Seats reflect the car's age and could benefit from seat covers.

What's good:

Runs great. No issues with starting even on cold winter mornings.

Oil changed per schedule for 10+ years. No mechanical/transmission issues ever.

Hatchback body style — great cargo space for the size and ~33 mpg combined
