Shared space downstairs is a recently renovated kitchen and living room, with a washer and dryer in the unit. Small garden out back that looks onto greenspace. The house has a warm, slightly moody feel to it, more atmospheric than bright and modern.
A MAX stop is a short walk away (less than a block away), so the commute is easy if you take the train. Groceries about a mile and a half out, and there are walking trails close by. Parking is on-street and limited — worth considering if you drive.
A little about me: I work from home, keep things tidy, and I'm fairly low-key. My dog takes about a day to warm up to new people and then adopts them. There's a home gym you're welcome to use.
Screening is the same for everyone: verifiable income around 2.5x rent from any source, one reference I can call, photo ID, and a background check.
