Join a thriving, high-energy Oregon fulfillment team! We’re looking for reliable, upbeat individuals to assist with pick, pack, and shipping operations for a popular consumer goods distributor. No direct warehouse experience needed but you must at least have transferable skills, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and we’ll train you!

Position Details:
• Pay: $19.50 per hour
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Occasional extended or weekend shifts available)
• Schedule Type: Temporary / As-Needed (Assignments range from a few days to several weeks at a time. Strong performers gain priority for future projects and long-term roles).
• Start Date: Immediate! Same-day or next-day starts available for qualified candidates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and label outbound orders accurately.
• Operate RF scanners, tablets, and shipping computers.
• Navigate logistics software for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assemble and fold shipping boxes.
• Unload product shipments from incoming containers.
• Comfortably lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
Requirements:
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Positive attitude and reliable team player.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
