There are construction, carpentry, and other wood-working tasks that you simply cannot perform without such a Oscillating Multi-tool. This one has been extremely helpful for me, then my Daughter bought me the cordless 20V version, so I don't need this tool now. Includes a few blades including a couple of metal-cutting blades and a sanding head with a few sanding triangles.
