Hey,

We are males in a very nice modern townhouse in Beaverton.

We can accommodate a guy who needs a TEMPORARY place to crash.

Length of stay: 1 to 3 weeks

It's a couch surf situation, you will have a nice big, L-shaped couch to sleep on.

There is a guest bathroom and the kitchen steps away from the sofa. There is a really nice 50-in TV in the living room with HBO Max and Prime video.

You can keep food and beverages in the fridge, and cook.

There's a washer and dryer in the home.

This is for ONE person only, a male, who is mature, clean, and sane.

Drinking is not a problem.

We are sociable but this is not a party house so please ...

No drugs
No guns
No pets
No girlfriends

It's quiet and safe and we can provide blankets, sheet, pillow.

The cost is $175 / week which includes Wi-Fi and all utilities (water, sewer, electric, trash)

This is a drama-free house so you don't have to worry about anything weird going on.

There is a nice park across the street and plenty of stores and places to eat all over the place.

If interested get in touch ASAP.
