Not in perfect condition. Had one of the wood horizontal pieces break and has since been wood glued. It was a clean break and not a weight holding part of sofa. There are some mild blemishes on a couple places that would not be difficult to clean. Overall in very good to great condition still. Measures 89” long, 31” deep and 31” tall at highest point. Pick up next to Fred Meyer on Walker and 158th. No problem with contactless exchange.
