This is a PowerMac 7300/180 from 09/16/97. It has extra RAM, extra HD space, working CD, working network connectivity, and an plug-and-play video adapter. This sale includes an Apple Design Keyboard and the Apple Desktop Mouse II.
It has OS 9.1 installed on it from a CD, which is included. The CD drive is working normally.
It has 2 hard drives, the original 2GB drive where the OS is installed, and an additional 4GB drive that triples available storage. They both are in working order, but they are nearly 30 years old.
It comes with an adapter that converts Apple's DB-15 to standard VGA. Just plug the VGA cord into the adapter and the video just works. With the installed 2MB of VRAM, the maximum resolution is 640x480. The images you see are stretched as I had only a widescreen VGA monitor at the time. 4x3 format VGA monitors are commonly available for local purchase for around $10 - $15.
The floppy is showing as active and powered, but was not tested.
There is 140MB of memory, installed to maximize the benefits of interleaving included with this model PowerMac. Original memory for this model was only 32MB, so this has a lot of additional RAM space for applications.
The built-in 10BaseT Ethernet port was used to test some network software. As shown, the computer was able to acquire a valid IP and router address. The secondary Ethernet port and the modem port were not tested.
NOT INCLUDED: Monitor or VGA cable.
Given the age of this computer, it is sold as is, no warranty or returns.
