We started a new small business at the beginning of the year and just simply don’t go camping like we used to. We bought this camper from the original owner who had only used it several times and parked it in a barn when not in use, and we’ve only used it twice and it’s been undercover while with us
I spent several years looking for this exact type of camper - hard sided, no gray or black messy holding tanks.. no wasted space with a shower and toilet that we wouldn’t use, and a high ceiling over bed sleeping area, so it’s easy to get in and out.
Camper is exactly 8ft long and I drive this around with ease with my tailgate down on my 6ft8 bed pickup. Doesn’t even engage all the leaf springs. Would be IDEAL for an f150/1500 series pickup or bigger (bigger not needed tho)
Queen bed up top with specialty polymer, firm mattress, so there’s no moisture absorption
Lower sitting and sleeping area we always just left as a single bed that we sit on or sleep on… Notice how the door doesn’t cut into the lower seating area space and it’s one great big mattress area. Lower sitting area converts into a dinette with table.
So much storage!
Completely replaced and updated water pump for on demand sink/faucet. My favorite part is sink drains directly outside onto the ground or into a bucket just like an Alaskan camper.
110AH lithium battery with self heating function and Bluetooth monitoring (never get stuck in the winter without power with this guy) <$1,000 battery fyi>
Completely rewired electrical system with lithium/AGM/standard charging control center - with battery cut off switch in camper USB and USB-C high capacity charging and wall monitor
Furnace heats up promptly and controlled by wall
Fridge works great on both 110 shore power and propane went on the move or Boondocking
Vertical propane tank and gas range works great
If needed can come with turnbuckle tiedowns
Incredibly nice TPO roof, which is such a relief to have after owning a rubber roof in the past. Resealed (just to be sure) anywhere I could imagine being a sea or point of entry in the spring.
Firm tiedown points and overall excellent condition camper.
I’m sure I’m forgetting something but if you have questions, just let me know
Genuinely hate to see this go, but we just don’t have time to go adventuring like we used to before the new business started.
