Just steps away from the Metro station, this beautiful Studio is located just south of busy DTLA in a quiet building with lots of charm. Space has high ceilings, huge Eastern facing windows providing superb natural lighting, concrete floors, brick and a concrete walls, air conditioning/heat, kitchen and bath. Parking for 2 spaces also included. Photo studio is shared but booked by internet, so use is PRIVATE. Our group is a small 5 maximum share with many of us shooting on location so the space a perfect spot for someone who does the same. The idea shooter is " trustworthy and responsible " who needs a part time space. Our studio is perfect for headshots or smaller fashion shoots.

Photographer must carry their own insurance and bring their own gear - this is a space only.

Space is for photography only! - This is not a Live In Space!

3 month commitment preferred.
