Numbers matching V8 273 with Automatic Transmission with Column Shifter
1 of only 21,300 Hardtop V8s made out 174,405 total Darts made in 1968.
The Motor is all original except I did put a new cam and lifter set in it. Didn't need to as when I took off the 2 barrel intake and changed it to 4 barrel intake the cam, lifter and pistons all looked really good. I think someone rebuilt this engine before. Keeps great oil pressure between 60 and 70 psi!
New Spark Plugs and Wires and Electronic Ignition Distributor. Has New Orange Box for Ignition. New Carburetor. New 4 barrel intake
Runs Excellent.
Has original rear end with 2.94 gears.
New Battery. New Gas Tank. New dual Exhaust out to the side. New Aluminum Radiator.
Flex Fan keeps it nice and Cool! Doesn't heat up. Highest it got during our 4th of July Parade was 190!
Was originally an AC car but that was gone before I got the car.
Hood has a Camaro Hood Scoop Molded into it. Has Hood Pins now as well
Custom front Spoiler made by a gentleman in Canada.
New Front and Rear Bumpers
New Taillight bezel and lenses
New Halo Headlamps. Rings on Headlights change color with app on your phone.
New 14" Cragars with Knock Offs.
This was an ordered car. The only thing that doesn't make this a GT is the Bench Seat, but has some options that GT's did.
Has been Painted Metallic Turquoise, looks blue in the pictures that's from the Pearl also in the Paint. Has Holographic Metal Flake. Has Chameleon Purple Bumble Bee Stripe and other accents around car like the Dash and Grille have been painted same Color.
New Turquoise Carpet. Seat have been re-upholstered white and Turquoise.
No Headliner.
Trunk has been repainted the original trunk splatter.
This was a rust free calofornia car.
Originally a Vinyl Top car, and it did have some pin holes because of the moisture, but I fixed all that and customized it and Raptor Lined a Vinyl Top instead and painted same color as the car. (They do it in England) It'll never rust again.
Has all original Vinyl Top moldings.
Trunk Finish Panel and Side Moldings are hard to come by so those are not on the car.
Needs front windshield.
Power Steering Box could use replaced. It leaks.
Won a trophy it's first time out in June.
This is a Beautiful Head turner of a Dart! Not Perfect still has some dings in the body. But it's meant to be driven!
