Drainage Masters LLC is hiring an Experienced Supervisor,

You:
· Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
· Physically suited to repeatedly lifting 50 lbs repeatedly
· Experienced with leading a team of up to 6 crew members effectively and efficiently
· Good at communicating with clientele, managers, other supervisors, and crew members
· Drug free (must pass a pre-employment screening and randoms) and available for 40+ hours a week
· Must be proficient in excavator and equipment operation
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction/crawlspace/excavation/demolition and at least 2+ years of experience with drainage systems (Storm Water/Rain/French Drains, Gutter Systems, Sumps, Pumps, Wells, Catch Basins, etc, both Residential & Commercial)
· Must be able to read and follow engineering plans for complex drainage projects
· Clean driving record (no more than 2 tickets) and ability to be placed on company insurance
· Must be 18 or older to apply

Compensation: Starting wage will be between $28.00-32.00 an hour, depending on experience. We believe in hard work for good wages and require employees who show respect for crew and clientele. Our supervisors are vital to our success, and we notice good work and good behavior.
