Maintenance Technician (Baton Rouge)

Duties:
• Prepare units to move-in ready condition
• Performs various community maintenance functions
• Responds to resident service requests and issues
• Maintain activity log
• Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
Requirements:
• Previous related multi-family/apartment experience is a plus
• Ability to assist with on-call responsibilities is needed
• HVAC certification is a MUST
