Looking for a clean, reliable and respectful roommate to rent out the third bedroom in a 3 BR/3.5 BA condo in Old Town Basalt. Located 10 minute walk to the bus stop and 10 minute walk to town and right on the bike path.

Rent is $1500/month plus utilities. $4800 (FLS) to move in. Downstairs pays $1800, middle floor is common space, and upstairs bedrooms pay $1500.

You’d be living with two hard working people. Place is furnished so best for a person that just has personal belongings for their room. Prefer someone at least 30 as we are in our 30’s. No pets, no smoking. Downstairs roommate already has a dog and only 1 pet allowed per HOA.
