This was a strong runing, comlete, 1949-50 10HP Lightning that has been mechanically gone though top to bottom by an oldschool retired outboard servce mechance.,plugs carb rebuild, water pump impeller.
All new parts: 2 mags "at over $300. each, points, plugs, and consers, water impeller, and carb rebuilt. Excellent compression.
That tank and cowling, with the fasteners, has not been touched. They have scratches and dings that a 75 year old outboard would have from use. Hasn't run in 10 yaers.
No broken or chip parts. Only thing different, is the rubber fuel line instead copper.
These motor turned out over 15hp.

Only selling for health resons.
