Beautiful 7 passenger 2017 Chevrolet Traverse Premier FWD. Has brand new $5K rebuilt transmission with 2 year unlimited mileage warranty (have paperwork) and other upgrades/maintenance described below. Gorgeous original Arctic White with Dark Charcoal heated seat cloth interior. Immaculately clean and absolutely everything works as intended. Still smells new inside. Pillow top seats are super comfortable for those long trips. Was used to commute weekly by senior couple from the Banning/Idyllwild mountain area to Oceanside, so almost all freeway miles! Impeccable, luxury SUV/Wagon that seats 7. Has the flip down flat 2nd row and 3rd row seats! You can eat off any part of it!! No warning lights illuminated on the dash cluster. Runs and drives PERFECT with zero issues. Rear seats and trunk area rarely used!! Never any pets either, so no hairs, odors, or stains for those with allergies.
New front tires, new TPMS sensors, struts/strut mounts, sway bar end links, inner/outer tie rods, 4 wheel alignment, battery, tune up, oxygen sensors, $5K transmission ( with new torque converter, upgraded valve body, solenoid packs, friction packs, seals etc) and synthetic fluids & filters from front to rear. Front and rear A/C system has also been redone and upgraded to blow colder than new! This Traverse is ready to go anywhere, anytime! If you look at or buy one of the $6-8K examples, all these things replaced on this one with upgraded parts will need attention, this one is already sorted and needs nothing for a very long time! I am a mechanic and bought this from my friends/neighbors in their 70's when the transmission started slipping. They owned it since 2020 and kept it garaged when not in use and maintained it well. I did all the above work to give to my niece for her first year of university. Unfortunately, her school doesn't allow 1st year students to have a car on campus! I put a great amount of money and time into this to make it the best it could be for my niece. Nothing overlooked. Original owner's manuals/hand-outs/case and original key/remote are included. Original spare tire and jack still in trunk compartment too.
Powerful, reliable, super well proven 3.6L 288HP, 275 ft lb DOHC all aluminum V6 engine that consistently gets 28+ MPG on the freeway and runs on 87 octane, These motors easily go 500K+ miles when well maintained like this one. This same engine is used in boats, taxis, and generators as it is known to be powerful, quiet and efficient and lasts for over 500K miles when taken care of like this!!
No leaks, rattles, vibrations or odors. Has been loved and babied since new and all freeway miles from weekly trips from the mountains to Oceanside. All synthetic fluids, filters, and services done on time or before. This is loaded with options too. Heated seats, 20" wheels, leather wrapped steering wheel, heated turn signal side mirrors, fog lights, great factory touch screen 500 watt premium sound system with CD, navigation, and Bluetooth for talking on the phone handsfree and music streaming and is Sirius Satellite Radio ready. Also has LED headlights, keyless entry, and back up parking sensors.
Needs nothing to hop in and go anywhere, anytime. Mint original tweed seats and thick pile carpeted floor mats have covered the carpets since new. No rips, tears, stains, or odors. Never been smoked in or eaten in. Beautiful original paint has been professionally waxed and detailed monthly. No accidents, dents, scratches. Very little road rash or chips. Has been ceramic coated which not only gives it a deep shine, but also protects the paint from elements, chips, sap etc. Never any pets or kids inside. Garage kept. Front and rear a/c systems blow ice cold.
Cheap and easy to maintain, insure and repair. GREAT comfortable and SAFE SUV. Rear 2nd and third row folding seats fold down flat to fit larger items and even sleep in/camp!!
Perfect for your student, loved one, snowbird, first time driver or YOU!! You will not find a better vehicle of any brand for under $10k like this one that needs absolutely nothing for a long time. I wanted something very safe and reliable for my niece and know these Traverse's well. Cheaper to maintain and fix than any Honda, Toyota or Nissan and lots of life left in it! Way more simple and easier to maintain over newer models too!!
Don't let the 164K miles worry you, they were ALL freeway and all wear items have been replaced with OEM or better parts!! This Traverse looks/drives/feels like a 30K mile vehicle. Seriously, most 50K or less vehicles have much more wear and tear than this one!! Suspension is tight and there is no worn out parts or anything that needs attention anytime soon. This will absolutely sell to the first person that sees and drives it! Freshly detailed in and out and priced to sell fast. Clean CA title in hand! No back fees either as they non-opped it when the transmission started slipping. Always kept in this condition since new!! Uses no oil between synthetic oil changes every 5K miles. The problematic transmission that are issues on these has already been rebuilt and upgraded with much better parts with unlimited mile 2 year warranty, so no worries with this vehicle for a very long time. ZERO issues with this and will need nothing for a long time!
