In Banning, 6 miles from 10 freeway up HWY 243. It's cooler up here by at least 10 degrees over most other areas!! Have a few projects on my 6 acre property. Already have 1 experienced person that is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with and need a helper to help him. Spreading gravel, weeding, fire abatement, using various yard tools/machines, thinning out brush, using wheel barrow, trimming and removing bushes, and some other projects. Some lifting required. Need someone that works quickly and efficiently that can follow directions and that is not argumentative. Prefer someone that doesn't smoke as this is a high fire area!! Don't want someone that works for 45 minutes and then takes a break, need someone that can work a full 6+ hour day consistently. Bring your own water and food for the day. Must be punctual and trustworthy. Please have your own transportation and no drug, drama, or alcohol problems. Student fine too. Will pay $15 per hour cash daily with 6 hour minimum. No 1099.
