The benefit of working with a broker-direct operation like ours is that you're not picking from what a yard happens to have in stock. You tell us the widths, finish, grade, and treatment you want and we produce it. Whether you need 700 sqft of 7" clean-finish for a great room, or 3,000 sqft of 10" rustic circle saw for a whole-home build, the mill runs your spec to order.
CUSTOM OPTIONS:
- Widths from 5" all the way up to 10"+ wide plank
- Finish: clean, 50/50 hit-and-miss, or full rustic circle saw
- Grade: character (more knots, mineral, nail holes) or clean grade
- Cut: rift and quartered, or live sawn
- Treatment: kiln dried standard; thermal modification available for stability and deeper color
- All lengths end-matched, T&G

We're a family-run brokerage. No retail markup, no warehouse middleman, and more flexibility on custom specs than you'll get from a local yard.
