Compensation: $500–$1,000 per week, based on experience

A behavioral health and substance abuse treatment clinic, is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Person to help keep our properties clean, safe, and running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
General repairs: minor plumbing, roofing, drywall, painting, and fixtures
Keep the office, restrooms, and common areas clean and stocked
Assemble and move furniture, and set up rooms as needed
Change light bulbs and air filters, and handle basic HVAC upkeep
Spot safety issues and report or fix them quickly
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed
Handle other tasks as assigned by management
What we’re looking for:
Experience in building maintenance, handyman work, or a related field
Ability to work independently and manage your time
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Respectful and discreet around clients, since we serve people in recovery and client privacy is important
Able to lift up to [50] lbs and stand or climb ladders
Own basic tools a plus
Reliable transportation
Pay and schedule:
$500–$1,000 per week, depending on experience and skill level
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Location: Baltimore, MD
