Already have basic haircutting skills and want to become a licensed barber, but can’t afford barber school?
Tight Image Barbershop is looking for motivated people ready to learn! Earn money, build your clientele, and work toward completing 2,250 apprenticeship hours under a Master Barber.
✂️ Must already have basic haircutting skills
✂️ Must commit to 40 hours per week
✂️ Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
✂️ You keep 60% commission; the shop receives 40%
✂️ Transition to booth rent when ready
✂️ Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn
BRING YOUR OWN STARTER TOOLS AND SUPPLIES:
• Hair clippers with guards
• Detail trimmers for outlining and edge-ups
• Haircutting shears
• Barber combs and brushes
• Spray water bottle
• Haircutting cape and disposable neck strips
• Clipper oil and blade cleaner
• Disinfectant labeled for barber tools, used according to its directions
• Hand sanitizer
• Clean barber smock or jacket, professional clothing, and closed-toe shoes
