No construction background? If you're eager to learn and take initiative, we want to hear from you.
How to apply: Call 626-522-2053 for application instructions. Have your résumé, availability, and a short note about why you're interested in construction ready.
Before you submit
Pay range: "Starting at $3,000" may not satisfy California's pay-transparency rules if you have 15 or more employees, and Indeed may ask for a range. Use your real upper figure rather than guessing one.
Pay check: $3,000 a month for 40 hours works out to roughly $17.30 an hour. Check that against current minimum wage and overtime rules, especially if the role is hourly or non-exempt. I'm not a lawyer, so confirm with your payroll provider or the state labor department.
Contact: A phone-only contact can be slow for applicants. If you have a business email, adding it gives you a written record of who applied.
