Duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, and lawn edging. Required equipment is a gas-powered lawnmower, weedeater, and a blower or a broom. You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed.
The properties are maintained twice a month, and each maintenance visit pays a minimum of $75. Compensation example:
- 4 yards per day = $300 per day
- 2 days a month = $600 per month
Payment for work performed is sent weekly by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.
