Amazing tiny home built from scratch. Every tree was selectively cut and milled to the need of the jobs entailed on the build. This tiny home is cedar lined inside and out with full 1 inch boards lapped for strength upright on the outside and 1/2 cedar lapped horizontally. The framing was blocked every 16 in on center and in between the studs every 16in for extra sway strength.creating an incredible strong and cozy space..This home is is fully wired with two 110 cirtits with eight 20 amp plugs and light switches for lights upstairs and down stairs. It is insulated with r-13 in the floors, walls and ceiling. The floor is 3/4 in lapped red fir with three coast of urethane. It was built with a comfortable upstairs sleeping loft, full bathroom with a sink, plumbed in and water plumbed for the toilet and the shower of buyers choice. This home is built on a brand new 2025 big dog trailer with two heavy duty 6 lug axels rated for 10k and weighted in at 8k. The deck was extended to 100 inches making the dimensions 20ft long 8ft 4inches wide, and 13'9 ft tall.
All built within parameters for transport can go anywhere in the country.
