We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1450ft duplex available for 2 months from October 1st through November 31st. Since it's a strange short-term opportunity outside of peak season we are looking to get $3000 a month. The property is a not in a great condition having been rented for a number of years. We are currently planning a renovation hence the short term availability. It is unfurnished.
