Solar system is 3 200 watt panels, MPPT charger, 4 6V 550AHr deep cycle batteries under the couch, and a power inverter. The house also has a RV AC transfer switch, so it can run off stored solar power or external mains AC.
Heat is propane from 20 or 40 pound bottles, but with such a small space and electric space heater also works.
Plumbing runs off a 12V RV water pump. It has a 6 gallon electric (120V) water heater. There's a kitchen sink and a shower.
Included: Small, apartment sized refrigerator, window AC unit, and Nature's Head composting toilet.
You move it or you arrange a towing company to move it.
