**$18–$19/HR DOE | FULL-TIME | START ASAP**
We are hiring a **Skilled Labor / Carpenter Helper** to assist an experienced Lead Carpenter with **residential window installation and replacement work**.
**THIS IS A HELPER POSITION — you will NOT be expected to lead jobs or install windows on your own.**
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
* Assist Lead Carpenter with residential window installations
* Help remove existing/old windows
* Carry and stage windows, tools and materials
* Assist with basic carpentry and remodeling work
* Help with trim, caulking, sealing and repair work as directed
* Jobsite setup and cleanup
* Remove debris and keep work areas clean
* Work inside and outside occupied residential homes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* Previous **residential construction or remodeling experience REQUIRED**
* Carpenter Helper / Skilled Labor experience preferred
* Window installation experience is a PLUS, but not required
* Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
* Able to lift and carry windows and construction materials
* Dependable and able to show up on time every day
* Professional and respectful when working inside customers’ homes
* **Spanish-speaking or bilingual English/Spanish preferred**
PAY:
**$18–$19/hour DOE**
**Ideal starting rate: $18/hour**
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has residential construction experience and wants steady work assisting an experienced window installer.
