Cannonball Pool & Spa is looking for one qualified person in each city who wants to own a pool service company but needs help getting it off the ground.
We provide the business setup, marketing, customer acquisition, technology, scheduling systems, and hands-on mentorship. You provide the pool experience, equipment, and willingness to do the work.
**You own the company. We help you build it.**
SO WHY ARE WE ADVERTISING ON CRAIGSLIST?
We have fancy Meta ads. We have fancy websites. We even have AI systems that send cold emails, answer phones, and follow up with customers.
But you know what we've learned?
**Pool people are on Craigslist.**
The people who actually clean pools, repair equipment, and know the business aren't necessarily hanging around LinkedIn looking for their next entrepreneurial opportunity.
They're here.
And frankly, we'd rather spend our money finding the right people than impressing the wrong ones with expensive advertising.
### WHO WE ARE
We're Mike and Trish, owners of Cannonball Pool & Spa.
We've operated pool service businesses in San Diego and Las Vegas. We've built routes, managed customers, handled the headaches, and learned what works and what doesn't.
Now we're using that experience, along with our marketing and AI systems, to help other people build independent pool service companies.

We're looking for people who:
- Have actual pool service or repair experience
- Have reliable transportation and the necessary equipment
- Want to own and operate their own business
- Are willing to work hard and follow a proven process
- Need help with the business side, not the pool side
This is not a job opening. We're not hiring employees.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Our mentorship program costs $3,000, payable at $500 per month for six months, plus 15% of qualifying revenue generated through the program.
We help you establish the business infrastructure, attract customers, manage operations, and build a route.
You retain ownership of your business, customers, accounts, and equipment.
There are no guaranteed earnings or customer counts. Your results depend on your market, experience, execution, and other factors.
ONLY ONE PARTICIPANT PER CITY
We're not interested in signing up a dozen people in the same market and having them compete against each other.
We're selecting **one operator per city** so we can focus our resources on helping that person grow.
Once a city is assigned under an active agreement, we won't take another participant in that market during the exclusivity period.
