Location: Georgetown, TX

1. Technical Tool & Die Maintenance Technician — Injection Molding

Openings: 2 — one second-shift position and one third-shift position
Pay: Based on experience (BOE)

Seeking a hands-on maintenance technician with specific injection mold process experience to maintain and repair production tooling and molds.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair injection molds, tooling, and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and mold changeover support.
• Diagnose wear, damage, and process-related tooling issues; coordinate repairs to reduce production downtime.
• Work with molding, maintenance, and production teams to support safe, reliable operations.
• Document maintenance work and follow established safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting injection molds in a plastics manufacturing environment.
• Tool-and-die, mold repair, or related technical maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments and interpret technical information.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to safe work practices.

2. Maintenance Technician

Openings: 2 — one second-shift position and one third-shift position
Pay: $30/hour and up

Seeking maintenance technicians to support plant equipment, facilities, and production operations at an injection molding warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues as needed.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and help restore production safely and efficiently.
• Complete inspections, work orders, and maintenance records.
• Follow safety procedures and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability; experience with pneumatic or hydraulic systems is an asset.
• Ability to use maintenance tools and follow equipment manuals and safety procedures.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work the assigned shift.

3. Injection Molding Process Technician

Openings: 2 — one second-shift position and one third-shift position
Pay: $35/hour

Seeking process technicians to set up, monitor, and troubleshoot injection molding processes to support consistent production and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and adjust injection molding machines and process parameters.
• Troubleshoot molding issues and make process corrections to maintain quality and production targets.
• Support mold changes, startup, and process validation.
• Monitor parts and production runs for defects; communicate issues to quality and production teams.
• Document process settings and follow safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on injection molding process experience required.
• Experience with machine setup, process adjustments, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
• Ability to identify common molding defects and take appropriate corrective action.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, consistent production.
